RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is faulty.
  • FAULTY PRODUCTS: If your album is defective, please reach out to us with details of the issue within 14 days from receipt at hello@memorilane.com.au. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

REPORTING ISSUES

  1. Email hello@memorilane.com.au with a picture and order number.
  2. Follow our guidance for returns, if applicable.
  3. Choose between a refund or replacement for genuine faults.
